By accessing amrania.com or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be published here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept the revision.

Amrania publishes market information, deterministic calculations, and research about property and tokenized real-world assets. Everything on this site is provided for informational purposes only.

Amrania does not, and does not purport to:

• provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or any personal recommendation;
• carry out real property valuation, appraisal, or any assessment of the market value of a specific property;
• act as a real estate broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction;
• issue, list, market, custody, or arrange dealings in any security, token, or financial instrument;
• operate a trading venue, or manage money or assets on behalf of any person.

Nothing published here should be read as an opinion on what any property or asset is worth, or as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. If you need advice or a valuation, engage an appropriately licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

Tools such as the true net yield calculator perform arithmetic on figures that you supply. Default values are statutory rates or widely published standard rates and are editable; they are starting points, not assertions about your transaction.

Outputs are only as accurate as the inputs. Amrania does not verify the figures you enter and makes no representation that any default reflects the correct rate for a particular building, contract, or transaction. Verify service charges, fees, and contractual terms against primary sources and your own advisers before relying on any result.

Some information is sourced from third parties, including public on-chain data and market data providers. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and Amrania does not independently guarantee it. Where a publication lag is known, we disclose it. Nothing on this site is represented as real-time unless it is expressly labelled as a live feed.

Some written analysis is generated with the assistance of AI models and is clearly identified as such. AI-generated text may contain errors. It is reviewed before publication but is not a substitute for professional judgement, and no published numerical figure is produced by a language model — figures are computed deterministically.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity under your account. You agree not to scrape, resell, or systematically extract content; not to misrepresent Amrania's output as a valuation, rating, or advice; not to reverse engineer or interfere with the service; and not to use it in breach of any applicable law.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice, and any change applies from your next renewal.

The site, its content, methodology, and design are owned by Amrania. Published methodologies and public record entries may be quoted with attribution and a link. Systematic copying, redistribution, or the creation of a competing dataset from this content is not permitted.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Amrania does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amrania is not liable for any investment loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Amrania in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Nothing on this site transfers that responsibility to Amrania.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
