Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who it goes to, and how to have it removed. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we never will.
Effective 10 August 2026
1. Who we are
Amrania operates amrania.com. For privacy questions or to exercise any right below, contact privacy@amrania.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Email address — when you subscribe to the digest or create an account.
- Account details — name and authentication data if you register.
- Preferences — investor profile, alert settings, and portfolio entries you choose to save.
- Billing details — handled by our payment processor. Amrania never receives or stores your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, approximate country, browser and device type.
- Campaign attribution — where a visit came from, including UTM parameters in the URL you arrived on.
What we do not collect
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored by Amrania. We do not ask for and do not want your identity documents, bank details, or property ownership records.
3. Why we use it
- To operate the service and your account (performance of our contract with you).
- To send the digest and alerts you asked for (your consent — withdrawable at any time).
- To measure which channels bring useful readers, and to improve the product (our legitimate interest in running and improving a service).
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. These set cookies and share limited data with those providers, who act as independent controllers under their own policies. You can block them with browser settings, an ad blocker, or the platforms' own opt-out tools. Essential cookies needed to keep you signed in cannot be disabled while you use an account.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, and the analytics providers above. We also disclose data where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your email address with brokerages, developers, issuers, or any other third party for their own marketing.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU and the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to twelve months afterwards. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
8. Your rights
Subject to your local law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time — every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Email privacy@amrania.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls at our infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data and poses a risk to you, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
10. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
Material changes to this policy are published here with a new effective date. Our public record policy applies to published figures, not to this document, but we will not quietly weaken your rights.
