Dubai property is marketed on gross yield. Tokenized assets are marketed on headline APY. Both numbers are chosen by the people selling. Amrania exists to publish the other number — the one that survives the costs nobody puts in the advertisement.

How we operate

We analyze. We never sell the asset.

Amrania holds no inventory, brokers no trades, takes no commission, and operates no venue. Our only product is analysis — which is the reason it can be trusted.

Arithmetic, not estimates.

Our figures are computed in code from inputs you can see and edit, itemized line by line. We do not model what a property is worth, and no published number is generated by a language model.

Corrections are published, never hidden.

Every dated figure is timestamped and append-only. When something is wrong — including when it is our own error — a correction is added naming the original. A data company that edits its history has no history.

Commissioned work is labeled.

If an issuer or platform pays for an independent analysis, the report says so, and the methodology is identical to every other analysis we publish. Conclusions are not for sale.
