The Amrania System

An intelligence machine
that shows its working.

Amrania runs the way a chain runs: in blocks. AI writes each block, code validates it, SHA-256 links it to everything before it, and Bitcoin witnesses the head. The machine works while the operator sleeps — and it cannot quietly change its past.

This page is the manifest: the architecture, the laws, and the live state. Published, because trust that can't see the machine is just branding.

The block pipeline

Seven stages. Every output of this house passes through all of them.

Scan

Live feeds pull the raw world in: market headlines, on-chain TVL, chain counters from Blockscout, Horizon, and Solana RPC. Keyless, public, re-checkable sources only.

Write

Claude drafts under a fixed editorial constitution — twice a week for insights, on demand for analysis. The AI is the engine of this house, not its excuse.

Validate

Code judges the draft: banned vocabulary, missing sources, invented figures, advice phrasing — any violation and the draft dies. A rejected post is an error, never a publication.

Publish

What survives ships with its sources inline, its FAQ structured for machines, and its AI-assistance disclosed. Sample data says so on every surface.

Chain

Every record entry is SHA-256-chained to everything before it; every article carries its content hash. Editing history breaks the chain — by design, loudly.

Anchor

The chain head is submitted to OpenTimestamps calendars, which commit it into a Bitcoin block. Rewriting this record would mean rewriting Bitcoin.

Deliver

Mondays the machine mails the digest itself, with one-click signed unsubscribe. Content flows to LinkedIn and X from the same spine — one truth, many channels.

The laws the machine obeys

Enforced in code, in the repository, against the AI's own drafts.

  1. §1No number ships without a source beside it. The validator enforces this against the AI itself.
  2. §2The words "valuation", "fair value", "appraisal", and "oracle" are banned — publishing property values is a licensed profession, and this machine respects the perimeter.
  3. §3No advice, ever. Research and arithmetic; decisions belong to the reader and their licensed advisers.
  4. §4Corrections are appended, never substituted — including corrections of our own errors, which opened the record.
  5. §5Sample data is labeled sample data, on every surface, until it is real.
  6. §6The AI never computes a published figure. Numbers are computed deterministically in code; the AI writes the sentences around them.

AI is the engine and the performance. Judgment stays human. The line is drawn here, in public.
